By accessing or using Pokopia Atlas ("the Service"), including our website and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Pokopia Atlas is a fan-made, unofficial game companion tool that provides a searchable database of creatures, items, habitats, recipes, skills, buildings, and guides. The Service also offers personal collection tracking and craft list planning features.
Pokopia Atlas is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the official game developers or publishers. All game content, names, and assets referenced belong to their respective owners.
3. User Accounts
You may create an account using email/password or third-party authentication (such as Google Sign-In via Firebase). You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate information during registration
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without permission
- Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Impersonate another person or entity
5. User Content and Data
Your collection data (caught creatures, favorites, craft lists) is stored on our servers for sync purposes. You retain ownership of your personal data. We do not claim ownership of your collection choices or preferences.
We may delete or reset user data in cases of abuse, extended inactivity, or service discontinuation, with reasonable notice where possible.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service's original code, design, and editorial content (guides, descriptions, layouts) are owned by Pokopia Atlas. Game-related content, images, names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used under fair use for informational and fan community purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without permission.
7. Advertisements
The Service may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob in the mobile app). These ads are subject to the ad provider's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
8. Availability and Modifications
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
- Modify, update, or discontinue features at any time
- Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
- Change these Terms of Service with notice posted on this page
Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
